Phenikaa MaaS and Vinbus enhance the bus travel experience
Phenikaa MaaS has used the strengths of technology to solve the difficulties that businesses and people face when operating the system and traveling by bus in a collaboration project with Vinbus to build an electric bus system.
In particular, in the project of constructing an electric bus system, Phenikaa MaaS Technology Joint Stock Company and VinBus Ecological Transport Service CoLtd collaborated to provide technology solutions to improve the experience of people traveling by bus as well as to assist businesses in effectively managing the system.

Currently, Phenikaa MaaS is responsible for designing and manufacturing technology solutions and utilities for the electric bus system such as:
1. Electronic led panel system
The smart electronic board bSmartLed makes bus travel easier and more proactive. Bus passengers can quickly find information about upcoming and incoming bus routes, as well as wait times. They also can easily arrange and be flexible about their travel itinerary based on actual conditions thanks to continuously updated real-time information displayed on the led board.
2. Route lookup system (web app)
The smart electronic board bSmartLed makes bus travel easier and more proactive. Bus passengers can quickly learn about upcoming and incoming bus routes, as well as wait times. Bus passengers can easily arrange and be flexible about their travel itinerary based on actual conditions thanks to continuously updated real-time information displayed on the led board.

- Bus Route Lookup: This feature enables users to find all detailed information about bus routes that they are interested in, such as time charts, stops, and other basic information. This feature not only provides information about Vinbus' tram system, but also allows users to search for information about all routes in the public transportation system in three cities: Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, and Phu Quoc. Customers of Vinbus can then be more proactive in determining the most convenient route for them.
- Route Finder: Simply enter the destination and departure points and users will be presented with intelligent and extremely detailed routes. The system and navigation algorithms of Phenikaa MaaS automatically analyze and design these suggestions to help users easily choose and be more active in their journeys, resulting in a convenient and satisfying travel experience.
This search and route search system not only allows users to look up information about Vinbus station routes, but it also allows them to look up any route in the public transportation system of three Ho Chi Minh cities. Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Phu Quoc Island.
3. Bus management system
The software will assist in the management of information about bus routes, including the ability to design and edit route routes, manage the operating hour chart of each route, and warn the user about the operating status of bus routes. From there, the management and operations departments can monitor and comprehensively monitor the entire vehicle system's operation.
Simultaneously, the system allows the operator to manage all station information in the form of a list with the necessary information attached, as well as edit the information displayed on the led panel at the stations. This assists Vinbus in ensuring information consistency throughout the entire vehicle system.
