From the rejection for an ideal job at Google to the handshake with Phenikaa Group’s representative, from Vietnam's leading public transit app named BusMap to diverse smart transportation solutions for multiple types of audiences, Phenikaa MaaS is developing day by day with the dream of "dedicating to the nation". Through the application of maps, applications, AI and standard-compliant IoT products, Phenikaa MaaS helps companies manage traffic operations and elevate their position in the midst of a competitive Industry 4.0.

It all started with the story of a young student named Le Yen Thanh, who has received more than 100 domestic and international IT awards. After graduating, Thanh worked at Google headquarters as an intern in the US, and received an official job offer when the internship was completed. Everyone thought that he would nod immediately to that dream opportunity, but he turned it down and decided to return to his home country to start a business.

Thanh decided to start a business with BusMap - an online map for bus users, which had been an idea since he was a student. After a period of application development and positive reception by users, Thanh and his team realized that the technologies used for BusMap can completely solve larger problems of companies and organizations.

That's why Phenikaa MaaS was born.
