CEO Assistant
Job description:
- Secretary of the meeting, responsible for documenting meeting minutes and handling meeting preparations such as drafting documents, presentations, and so on; On the CEO's request, prepare for and attend meetings both inside and outside the company.
- Before signing or delivering documents to the CEO, double-check and evaluate them.
- Assist in the editing of news and internal releases;
- Synthesize, evaluate, and report on the company's and its divisions' operational state. There is a plan in place to advise the CEO on options to improve work efficiency through the reports of each department;
- Propose implementation solutions and aid the CEO in internal and external connections; Implement internal business work on behalf of the CEO when the CEO is absent and report back to the CEO;
- Assist in the organization of seminars, conferences, events, and meetings for the firm when proposed. Prepare meeting spaces and appropriate materials.
Requirements:
- Female, good looking, bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, business administration, human resources, foreign languages, or diplomacy;
- Honesty, meticulousness, carefulness, good confidentiality, work initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
- An agile, self-assured, inventive, and curious temperament;
- Great teamwork skills, as well as the capacity to share and connect with others;
- English fluency (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing);
- Able to write, compose presentation materials or documents in English and Vietnamese as needed, as well as have good communication and presentation abilities;
- Proficient in-office computers, with knowledge of how to use effective IT tools such as email, social networking, and the internet;
- Quickly grasping work, willing to learn;
- The ability to manage tools, think logically and organize and arrange work well. Capability to synthesize, analyze, and report information.
