Partnership/Account Executive

Job description:

  • Directly involve in and coordinate with relevant departments to implement approved business developing cooperation activities
  • Find a list of customers/potential partners
  • Join internal negotiations, gather information, propose detailed action plans and budgets for them to promote business cooperation
  • Based on the approved action plan, coordinate with relevant departments (Business, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to implement targeted incentive activities and ensure that the workload are on schedule;
  • Work with current enterprise/state partners/customers to improve the cooperation. Work with the product team to monitor KPIs during the implementation of the contract until the payment process is completed.
  • Proactively monitor the progress of activities with P&Ls to achieve the set objectives, timely detect business risks and preventing them in the implementation progress;
  • Take main responsibility in the process of negotiating and signing contracts, connect technical and operational activity.
  • Report and evaluate the effectiveness of operations;
  • Handle issues related to contracts, debts, make reports. Research, evaluate the business situation, propose a business development cooperation plan
  • Research, evaluate the business situation between BusMap and partners through business data, then propose a plan for cooperating and developing programs that are associated with specific business activities;
  • Do market and competitor research in the field to grasp the trends, learn the lessions then apply to specific business development plans;
  • Ensure that you harmonize the consulting functions and tasks, support business development between the business department and other related departments.

 

Requirements:

Skills:

  • Proficient use of office, internet informatics.
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading &writing).
